What is the typical turnaround time for projects?
Most projects have a standard turnaround time of 14 business days. This heavily depends on the projects size and scope. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time which we’ll always discuss upfront before starting.
Do you provide ongoing website support and maintenance?
Yes, we offer monthly support plans for website maintenance, security updates, content management and technical updates. These plans are flexible and can be customized to your business needs.
How do revisions work?
We include revision rounds to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the final product. The number of revisions depends on your selected package for websites and agreed on beforehand on graphic and branding projects. Additional revisions may be added as needed.
What if i only need design work without a website?
No problem. You can choose any single service like graphic design, logo creation or brand identity without committing to a full web package.
Do you work with businesses outside of Canada?
Absolutely. We collaborate with clients worldwide through email, video calls and online project management tools. All billing and invoicing is done in CAD.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, e-transfers (for our Canadian clients), Apple Pay and Afterpay financing. Payment schedules are outlined clearly in the contract agreement before starting.
